+ Identify and prioritize data for volunteer roll-out and review

4) Application

Implementing strategies and objectives into school improvement plans

+ Assist with the monitoring of planning teams
+ Utilize data gathered from strategies for accountability and modifications
+ Provide support to coaches and teams

5) Re-Assessment

Determining measurable outcomes

+ Celebrate progress
+ Make adjustments
+ Perform post-survey to determine results, areas of improvement, and areas needing further improvement
